Located just off the i-75 in the heart of Detroit, Michigan, the Lexus Velodrome is a premier sporting complex that hosts an array of world-class sports events all year long under the safety of a permanent dome.

The complex features three fields of play: a 1/10 mile Olympic-style cycling velodrome, run, walk and skating lanes, and a multi-purpose infield area complete with a cafe! The dome is a destination for many types of cycling classes, including free programs for youths and seniors. The center is a service to the community and a gem among multi-sport domes!

Sponsored by Lexus and operated by the non-profit Detroit Fitness foundation, this dome serves as a shining example of what can be accomplished through public-private partnerships.
