The new Farley Group dome at Whitby Iroquois Soccer Club is one of the largest air-supported structures of its kind in Ontario and was constructed over the existing outdoor artificial turf field. The addition of the new dome will allow players of all ages and levels from the community to train and play year-round in a state-of-the-art facility. It also features several innovations, such as a skylight that lets in natural daylight and an LED lighting system that cuts the dome’s electrical lighting consumption in half. The dome can also be split into three smaller fields, allowing multiple games and activities to take place simultaneously.
