The Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency (CFPSA) develops and delivers morale and welfare programs and services to members of the Canadian Forces (CF) and their families. These programs and services aim at enhancing the quality of life of the military community. Part of this program includes this 110,000 square foot Farley bubble at Royal Military College of Canada which provides all season access to outdoor activities and contributes to the operational readiness and effectiveness of the CF.
